The Regional Manager of Field Operations leads new program implementation and upholds operations standards to ensure consistent execution of the off-price strategy in Burlington’s stores. The role partners with Regional VPs
and District Managers across multiple regions to get stores on-process from receiving to customer experience.The core responsibility is to introduce and sustain process and tool changes to drive operational excellence in
stores. While relying on influencing stakeholders through expertise, success in the role means delivering on KPIs from back-of-the-house productivity to sales floor efficiency. The right individual will be a great problem
solver, coach and trainer, collaborator, and communicator with experience in store operations and field at national scale retailers.
